3600 West Broad Street

Moved to Richmond in March. Apartment unseen, and we honestly love it. We were blown away with how big the two bedroom apartments are for the area. The gym is fantastic and large, you could cancel a normal gym membership. The pool and patio area are so nice. We have a dog park that is so fun and all the doggies regularly play together, my dog has so many friends. Like every apartment something’s need to be fixed and the staff is very nice and supportive through the process when there is any questions. They do cookouts and put out super cute decorations. The location is great, you get the best of the city and then two blocks over is neighborhoods for a nice change of pace. Morgan was so great throughout my moving process and her and Beth both have been great about answering any questions following. The staff is always present and you see them regularly throughout the week if you have any questions or concerns.

When I first decided to move over to the Scott's Addition area, I was caught between a few places and 3600 was the last one I toured. Beth was so nice and transparent about the place, but it was truly the amount of space I would have & the cost that really sold me. Most of the places I toured were extremely small & expensive compared to what I was able to get at 3600. Not only that, but it felt like such a welcoming community and that has stayed true for the last 3 years.

Although there is the Crunch right outside, the gym they created in the basement is probably the best apartment gym I've seen for a complex. They offer everything I need for a comprehensive workout and more. And right next to the gym is the rec area, which I frequent often with my friends.

After only a year and a half of living here, they built probably the best pool in the area. Most apartment complexes with pools are so blocked off that you get maybe an hour or two of good sun, but since the 3600 pool was built after the fact, you're able to get a full day's worth. Not only that, but the deck area, volleyball court and dog park are excellent additions.

While the building itself isn't brand new like most of the complexes and does have its fair share of issues from time to time, Beth and Morgan are always transparent about what is going on and with an honest time frame in which it will be resolved. On top of that, any personal issue I've had with my own unit has been resolved in a timely manner. I also work from home and personally don't see myself anywhere else for the foreseeable future.
