"I lived at 218 Arch for several years and it was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at an apartment complex.
The building is extremely well-maintained and clean. The staff are attentive, accommodating, and courteous - I always felt taken care of whenever I had a request or needed something done at my apartment. I loved that additional security features were added this past year to the building, which already has 24/7 security - this helped our community feel even more at ease and comfortable living here.
My actual apartment was the best. I did my research, and 218 offers some of the largest, fairly priced luxury apartments in Old City compared to other buildings. My apartment rarely had issues, and the living environment was super quiet and peaceful. Sometimes it was so quiet, it didn't feel like I was living in the city!
There is also a sense of community here, and I really appreciated that being new to the city at one point. I highly recommend checking out 218 Arch if you are looking for an excellent, safe, clean, and modern building in the heart of Old City."

"This place is a hidden gem. I lived in this complex for 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff has always been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful - they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
One of the things I appreciated most was how peaceful it always felt. I never had noisy neighbors, and I rarely heard anything through the walls - it truly made my apartment feel like home. The people who live here are friendly and respectful, creating a great community atmosphere.
Overall, I've been very happy with my time here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed place to live."
