From the moment she turned an empty 'space' into a vision of 'home' during my initial tour three years ago, to guiding me through the process step-by-step, she provided a level of white-glove service that made my commitment feel less like signing a lease and more like making a brilliant life decision.Thank you for demonstrating that for you, this isn't just a job; it's a vocation. The genuine, personal interest you take in the lives of your tenants is, hands down, the most valuable amenity of all.

I've lived here since Feb of 2020. Why do I love the Adelphia?Let me count the ways.

1) Patti Gorman --who has been a straight shooting trustworthy, leasing agent for the last two decades. She is clear and kind. Personally I feel better when she's in the building. The staff at the Adelphia are all wonderful.

2) The building was erected in 1912 designed by prominent architect Horace Trumbauer, at one point it was an elegant hotel.Walking through the doors in 2025, past the security guard at desk, on to the elevator and up to your apartment you become enmeshed in the Adelphia's elegant history. You become keenly aware of this buildings history in it's structure ---the high ceilings, the wide windows sunlight pouring through, arches in hallways, golden door knobs large ornate letter "A" on them---This is a building with a story and it's a joy to inhabit it.
